Daar zit nog een deksel op...Kijkglas is ongeveer de diameter van het uurwerk dus de rest is ook loze ruimte.

Er staat een mooie review van Bernhard op VRF: klik ...ook daar de discussie omtrent het uurwerk. Vind deze reactie wel de spijker op z'n kop...
"[...] The new Tudor Heritage MC looks better than the original (with design true to the classic), is a more modern size (plus vs minus for some), is more rugged/waterproof, comes with warranty, comes with full box/papers for original owner, and is less than 1/4 the price or the original, and you guys are hung up on the quality of the movement? All in all a pretty remarkable package.
Please also educate me more since I am not a movement expert, but in what respects is the movement in the orginal potentially superior to that in the new watch (especially after 30 years of use)? The old one does not have any of the shortcomings mentioned above? I have never really heard glowing reviews of Tudor chrono movements.
I agree it does look from the pics that Tudor/Rolex could have done a better job with the movement, including in regard to filling out the case in better proportion. (I used to hear similar arguments about Patek's 5070....) But I also have to say I have never purchased a Rolex or Tudor for the quality/finish of the movement. I am not knocking them in this regard, just that there are other brands where the movement is the objective, not here.

Vind het niet zo gek. Veel kopers van horloges liggen er sowieso niet wakker van wat voor uurwerk erin zit en of het de kast netjes vult. Zeker niet bij een merk wat iets lager in de markt geplaatst is (al kost deze 3k? wat ik al aardig wat vind voor wat het is dan).

Het is bij mij niet zozeer het kleine uurwerk maar meer de afwerking rondom het uurwerk.
Vind het gewoon geen gezicht.vul het dan op met een plaatje of wat dan ook. Maar ik vind dit zooo cheap......

Dat ben ik wel met je eens, een spacer had inderdaad fraaier geweest maar maakt verder kwa functie verder denk ik niet veel uit en hij zit verder toch goed verstopt achter een prachtig ondoorzichtige achterdeksel.

ETA heeft ook het "Valgranges" kaliber met nummer A07.111 , doorsnee van 36,6mm.
