Sinds korte tijd ben ik mij beetje aan het interesseren voor Rolex horloges, nu is mijn oog gevallen op een Sub no-date 14060. Mijn vraag is wat is het grote (?/!) verschil tussen een 14060 en een 14060M?

Heb je de zoekfunctie reeds geprobeerd? Dit is hier nl al meerdere malen gevraagd (en beantwoord)
Hmm.. de zoekfunctie werkt niet bij mij (mods?)
Hier dan: Die 14060 wurde 2000 durch die neue 14060M mit Kaliber 3130 abgelöst. Optisch sind die Modelle allerdings nur anhand der Laserkrone im Saphirglas zu unterscheiden.

Zoekt, ... en gij zult vinden:
Reference 14060 was introduced in 1989, concurrently with the new Submariner Date 16610, with the new caliber 3000. This watch was produced for 10 years, from 1989 through 1999. It introduced the white gold surrounds to the hour markers, sapphire crystal, and new fast-beat 28,800 BPH movement. The difference between the caliber 3000 as used in the non-date reference 14060 versus the caliber 3135 used in the 16610 Submariner Date is, obviously the lack of date complication and the absence of C.O.S.C. certification.
Finally, the reference 14060M, marks the last meaningful upgrade to the Submariner line. The 14060M was introduced to replace the 14060. The meaningful difference being an improved caliber 3130, which features a balance bridge for increased shock protection and improved operating rate (i.e.: better timekeeping) and improved winding system.

Bracelet, case and crown are 100% identical.

Bedankt FratelloWatches en Remco! Ik had zelf ook al wel gezocht bij Google, maar ik kon niet het echte verschil zien/vinden.
Dit was wat ik weten wilde

Ik lees hier (in duits en engels) dat er een laser edged crown in het glas zou moeten zitten. Heb ik een bril nodig of heeft mijn 14060M dit niet?

De dingen zijn erg moeilijk te zien. Loepje erbij en beetje spelen met het licht. Even boven de 6 zou er iets in het glas moeten staan, nl
