Tuurlijk vind ik dat goed. 
Plak ik voor de volledigheid nog de theorie van KC (ook van VRF) erbij:
The half-life of tritium is 12.5 years. That being the case, after around 38 years (that's ~3 tritium half-lives, or around the approximate age of your watches) the markers on such dials should still glow...but, at only 12.5% of their original brightness.
However, the dial markers have a zinc sulfide phosphor which is copper-activated: this can continue to glow after exposure to a strong light even after (effectively) all the tritium has decayed.
The phosphorescence from the dial markers will, however, be brief, viz., only around 10 minutes.
